SYNE is collaborating with a reputed organisation from Bangalore, India established in 2016 with an aim to provide freedom to children from child labour, slavery and forced work labour.

This foundation reaches out to street children to educate and rehabilitate them and also works towards providing nutritious food, hygienic living conditions and other support for the children till they complete their education.

It has established open shelters as a support facility for vulnerable children in need of care and protection and currently provides shelter to 50 children in two locations in Bangalore.

Current requirement Needless to say, children from vulnerable sections of society have been significantly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.  The foundation is grappling with Insufficient funds and the current government rules during the current pandemic situation has led to a funds crunch to provide nutritious food and hygienic sanitation facilities to the children in the shelter homes. The foundation is looking at contributions from like-minded for the following:

1. To provide equipment and properties for the children attending online classes

2. To provide nutritious food for children between 6-20

3. To provide cots and beds for children

Education will help them make informed decisions and have a successful career in the future. Thus, the project would be able to combat the issue of child labour, malnutrition among children in the area of intervention.

The organisation is looking for your continious support to continue their journey to support the children. Assistance like nutritious food, raw materials for living, shelter, daily needs and resources for quality education and all that can make a difference to the goals and achievements of the children are welcomed.

SYNE Foundation hopes to extend support to children till their graduation / employment, enabling them to sustain their families. All contributions to this project is eligible for tax deductions under section 80G and 80GGA of Indian Income Tax Act.
