Society has been Organising Interschool & intercollege competitions since 2001. with events like Debate, Quiz, Elocution, G. K Test, Sports, Cultural Drama, Singing, Essay Writing, Paint etc

Sub : Inter School and Inter College Competitions

Samdani Educational Society, Hyderabad has been organising Inter School and Inter College Competitions since 2001. In the first year 1100 Candidates was enrolled for different events. Every Year the ratio of enrollment is increasing. Society is organising these kind of competitions to enlighten the budding talents of Students. Depending on age, Groups are formed like 4th Standard to 8th Standard Group 1. 9th and 10th Standard students Group 2. For 11 and 12th Group 3. For Degree Students group 4. like wise. Before Starting the competitions, notice is send to schools and colleges to send their students to participate in different events. Normally with one notice Management do not take keen interest. Many time more then 3 intimations has to be sent to management then they start preparing their students for competition. Apart from best student award we do announce best school, best college award also for management to get their attention. Normally we work in Slum and rural areas where the management are not with positive approach. Parents and Students do not have such enthusiasm to judge themself and their kids as at what stage they are. Parents fear they may loose money in travel etc. Normally Slum area Students do not have competitive spriet. We try in these economically and educationally backward areas so that these students can come forward and see the external world,. at what stage other students are and how they are learning. In our past experience we found many students who develop leadership skills, competitive nature after passing through different events in competitions. School management normally focus on academic activities, they do not have enough space or manpower to organise cultural events. We try to take out these students and make them a part of developing India. We had seen many faces who cries when the loose quiz competitions but we hope these drop of lachrymation are beginning of new era for students. Their success starts when they made their mind to appear in competitions. We had Organised Many Competitions on various Events like QUIZ, DEBATE, ELOCUTION, PAINTING, ESSAY WRITING, Mimicry, SINGING, DRAMA, Acting, Drawing, Poster Making, Slogan Making, Sports viz, Kabadi, Cricket, Indoor Games etc. Apart from Hyderabad we had Organised many times competitions in Maharastra and Gujrat also. Our Target might had reached other parts on India Viz Delhi, Bihar, M.P if covid had not stop our caravan abruptly. Any how our journey is still in progress after a short break. After completing competition we distribute awards. Apart from I, II III Prizes we normally give many consolation awards. as our ambition is to encourage students, we try our level best to give more and more awards. some times with chief guest if become quite difficult to award all prizes to all students. Any how this is our mission to encourage poor students to face stage. Lot of money we spent for these activities. The most expensive thing is time. for arranging a competition 1 or 2 month time is required for arrangements. this much of time our team spent before organizing a competition. second comes money. which always remains a trouble for us. but with the grace of almighty we try our level best to arrange every thing on time.

The out come of our competitions we just analyze is that, week students are getting good marks in their examinations. Students who earlier had never think of appearing in competitive examinations had appeared and cleared their competitive exams. we normally encourage students that our competition is the first step for IAS and IPS Preparation. unfortunately we do not have any real data of any body clearing this exam. Any how our work is to encourage students and take our inferiority complex from their minds.
